An Bord Pleanala delay decision on GAA academy

3 Feb

Plans to develop a GAA academy in Farranfore as part of the redevelopment of Austin Stack Park and Ballybeggan Park in Tralee have been delayed.

An Bord Pleanala was due to decide today on whether to give the go ahead to a sports ground with four playing pitches, as well as outline planning permission for changing rooms and a gym, and a grounds maintenance building at Crag, Currans, Farranfore.

However the case has now been deferred until March 20th. This comes days after the plans to redevelop Ballybeggan Park and Austin Stack Park were both deferred by An Bord Pleanala.
